Elevator Buckets are used in continuous belt or chain applications. These buckets are spaced continuously and loaded by direct feeding. Bucket design is dependent upon drive application, drive speed, particle size, weight, and abrasiveness of the material being moved. Several general styles have been developed to suit a wide variety of applications.

Style "A"

Style “A” buckets are used for handling coal, cement, sand, gravel, stone, chemicals and similar materials. These buckets have a thickness range of 16 gauge through ½ x ½ material.

Style "AA"

Style “AA” buckets are similar to Style “A” and provide an added front lip to increase wear life. Style “AA” buckets are also available with a reinforced back. These buckets are well suited to heavy, highly abrasive materials such as stone and gravel.

Style "AC"

“Added Capacity” buckets feature a high front for increased capacity and the hooded back design permits closer spacing of buckets. Buckets can be furnished with air relief holes to minimize air entrapment in free flowing materials such as cement. Buckets can be furnished with an abrasion resistant front lip to decrease bucket distortion and increase bucket wear life.

Style "ACS"

High Front Buckets that utilizes a saddlebag construction for increase capacity which permits closer spacing of buckets. Added components of bucket designs permit more abrasive applications. Thickness from 10ga to 3/8.

Style "DP"

“Deep Pattern” buckets are used in slow speed applications that require gentle handling of product.

Style "SC"

“Super Capacity” buckets are made to mount between two strands of drive chain.

Style "LF"

Style “LF” buckets are designed with a “Low Front” projection angle.

Style "MF"

Style “MF” buckets are designed with a “Medium Front” projection angle.

Style "HF"

Style “HF” buckets are designed with a “High Front” projection angle.

Style "CC" - High-Speed Elevator Buckets

Style “CC” High-speed elevator buckets are the result of extensive research and testing in the handling of a wide variety of granular materials. Their unsurpassed performances have been substantiated by numerous, actual in-the-elevator tests and operations covering a wide range of belt speeds, pulley size and belt spacing with various commodities of differing particle sizes, textures and weights.

Venting options are available on all buckets.
Heavier material thicknesses are available on all buckets.
Reinforced front lip braces are available on all buckets.
